Well, I didn't fall off the stage - though that may have partly been because I wasn't standing on the stage. The concert actually came off really well, the soprano soloist was especially lovely, and I didn't come in early at any point (I may have occasionally come in late but that doesn't notice so much when fifty other people have already started singing.) I was standing right behind the timps which was a little ear-achey, but they were only in one part.

Gerard seemed to like it okay, but he was a bit worried because the Mayor turned up. We've had bad experiences with Mayors. So far, he's walked into the Mayor of Exeter, I've walked into the Mayor of Warwick, and neither of us noticed the Mayor of Swindon trying to get into a shop behind us until we were asked to get out of the way. Thankfully, no Mayor related incidents this time.
