Managed to gain a few good books from the holiday. Am currently reading 'Mrs. Beeton's Book of Household Management' and 'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas' Mmmmm...Incompatable...

Favourite line from Fear and Loathing so far - 'at one point I tried to drive the Great Red Shark into the laundry room of the Landmark Hotel - but the door was too narrow, and the people inside seemed dangerously excited.'
