Mmmm ... have to take a brief moment to mention Selfridges Food hall in Manchester (in the most over-the-top shiny gold mall I have ever seen). Now, I'm sure there are those of you out there who have access to such places all the time, but at the moment I don't. And I love them. It was great! I just love food so much it's stupid - especially loads of different types of random food all gathered in one place. We ended up buying so much stuff (all of it is now eaten, of course). I got beef jerky and a tofu parcel, stuffed vine leaves and a big pretzel (I've only had those little mini pretzels they have at parties - and this one had sesame seeds on! I love sesame!) and a raspberry smoothie and some baklava and marshmallow with coconut and and and loads of other stuff! And they were all tasty! Seriously, I am completely deprived of interesting food at the moment. If they don't sell it in Sainsburys for under three quid, I don't buy it. I wanted that whole shop. Including the bit behind the food section with all the random alcohol in barrels. Yeeeeah.
